Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak launches or major sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping speed.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Available to most countries. Delivery typically 7–21 business days depending on destination.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for express services.

  • Certain fragrance products containing alcohol may have hazmat shipping restrictions depending on location.

  • If your location falls under restricted shipping regulations, we will notify you immediately.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 72 hours with photos of the product and packaging, and we will assist with a replacement or claim.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the order has already shipped, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your package.
